Oh my godddddd, he is, and that is amazing. So gentle, it’s barely a touch at all; he doesn’t need to grab Vince or physically block him, just that bare, gentle touch; ‘I’ve got this, little man; settle’, and Vince does. Even with their dynamic in S3 being what it is, and how dismissive Vince often is of Howard, still. Like it’s an ingrained thing, automatic. THAT GIVES ME SO MANY FEELS.

(Also on an entirely more pervy note, man, the delicacy of that touch really, realllly just… draws attention to how that sequinned fabric must feel under Howard’s fingertips. And the strangely muted sensation of touch felt through sequins on Vince’s end. Just imagine Howard sloooowly stroooooking down, the sheer sensual awareness of that. Mmm)
